Once we confirm the availability, you will receive an email to confirm and pay for your booking. Should you wish to make a deposit of $70 first and pay the balance on the day, no worries! Simply purchase our $70 deposit listing on our website and pay through paypal or else call us to organise a payment method that suits! You can also book by calling us directly on 0413 776 826 or sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.

Yes when you make a deposit payment amount from $50 depending on the castle you have selected than just discuss with us how you would like to make regular payments towards your hire of your castle and we can sort something out, no problems.
Please check that the area is free from sharp objects and animal waste. The area should be clear of overhanging trees, clotheslines and power lines.
Yes, supervision of children in the jumping castles is required at all times by an adult 18 years and older. We will supply you with detailed instructions and rules for use of the castle.
On the morning of the event, if it is raining and/or high winds, we will call you to discuss the situation and at this time you can cancel if you wish. The castles will handle light rain and light winds however if the weather conditions are extreme (High Winds/Storms/Heavy Rain) in most cases the hire will need to be cancelled. If the conditions clear we are happy to stay in touch and set-up at a later time if this suits.
